As dusk falls each evening, something special happens… snowflakes begin to fall and Castle Yard is transformed into a winter wonderland. 2020 was a difficult year for all, especially those who lost family members or friends, Garden of Light has been created as a place to reflect and remember. We hope this little spark of magic, brings peace, hope and joy this festive season.

Irish Business Design Challenge

Thank you to everyone who applied to the Irish Business Design Challenge. We were amazed to see how innovative and resilient businesses across all sectors have been, especially in such a challenging time. We will announce the Winner and Runner-up in each category, this Thursday 26th November at 7pm, in a special online Award Ceremony.In the meantime you can read about some of the Irish businesses that found innovative ways to react to Covid-19 here:

External Exhibitions Fund 2021 - Call for Applications Extended to Monday 11th January 2021

Design & Crafts Council Ireland (DCCI) invite applications for the External Exhibitions Fund 2021 (EEF). The fund was established to assist DCCI members in the development of high-quality, independent exhibitions - as individuals, organisations or groups including DCCI Guilds, Associations, Networks & Societies (GANS). We invite organisers of exhibitions planned for 2021, featuring design and craft in Ireland or abroad, to submit for the EEF.  Deadline for submission of completed application forms is extended to Thursday 10th December 2020.
