Bean and Goose Chocolate
Karen and Natalie Keane, sisters and chocolate makers are Bean and Goose. From their kitchen in the Wexford countryside, they create small batches of single origin bars and truffles on marble slabs. Our surroundings and other craft people provide inspiration for our flavours. We use traditional processes and natural ingredients to create handmade Irish chocolate.
